In the past, ensuring restroom fixtures were operational required manual checks and reactive maintenance—a time-consuming process that often meant fixing problems only after they had impacted a guest.

That’s where Sloan’s SC Argus Pro comes in. This cloud-based management system acts as the eyes and ears of the facilities team, providing instant visibility into every connected fixture across the ballpark. Whether it’s checking battery levels on a faucet or verifying flushometer performance, SC Argus Pro delivers real-time data that empowers the staff to address needs immediately.

The operational success at Las Vegas Ballpark is supported by a suite of Sloan’s SC Argus Pro-enabled products, designed for seamless integration:

Elevating hygiene and the fan experience

One of the hidden challenges in stadium operations is the "off-season," or periods of intermittent usage. Water sitting in pipes can become stagnant, leading to unpleasant odors and potential bacterial growth. Using SC Argus Pro, Las Vegas Ballpark can remotely schedule automated line flushes for its smart faucets, flushometers, and bottle fillers. By preventing stagnation, the facility maintains high water quality and eliminates odors before they start.

Hydration is also critical in the Nevada heat. The installation of Sloan’s DRS120 DropSpot Bottle Fillers and Water Coolers provide a hygienic, convenient solution for fans. DropSpot’s advanced filtration systems offer a “Total PFAS filter” that removes a broader spectrum of PFAS among other particulates. In addition, SC Argus Pro connectivity allows for filter monitoring that lets facility managers know when it is time for a replacement filter.
