The EL-1035-A-C sensor assembly is a sensor replacement for concealed Royal® Optima® ES-S (electronic solenoid sensor) SBX style flushometers. The EL-1035-A-C sensor assembly includes a hydraulic non-hold open override and is intended for water closet flushometers operating with a 24V electrical supply. The sensor plate is chrome plated and mounts onto the wall. An IR sensor is a type of sensor that detects the presence of an object or a person using infrared light. When an object or person comes close to the sensor, the IR light is reflected back to the sensor, which triggers the flushometer to initiate a flush cycle.
