An IQ style faucet is a type of touchless faucet that incorporates advanced sensing technology to provide a more intelligent and responsive user experience. For those looking for a replacement for the EAF solenoid , Sloan also offers the EAF-2, which is a solenoid replacement part. The solenoid controls the flow of water within the faucet, when a user activates the faucet, the solenoid receives an electrical signal that causes it to open the valve, allowing water to pass through the spout.
